Balance of body and mind, and vitality at every age — through natural, attentive and precise medicine.
The realization that healing and balance can be reached through natural means — without medication or surgery — captivated me even as a child.
I first encountered Chinese medicine when I was a little girl, in the days when Chinese medicine was still in its infancy in Israel and there were only a handful of practitioners here. My mother took me for treatment for a back problem I had, and later for allergies that affected me during my teenage years.
The results were remarkable. The symptoms I had suffered from eased, and the realization that healing and balance can be achieved through natural means — without medication or surgical intervention — fascinated me deeply.
Later I studied for a bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies, out of a desire to deepen my understanding of Eastern culture and philosophy. The natural next step for me, after my degree, was to connect the world of theory with the world of treatment I felt so drawn to — and so I found my path.
Since 2007 I have been accompanying patients, out of a deep belief in the body's ability to return to balance when we listen to it properly.
Life is not black and white, and neither is my therapeutic approach. With each patient I find the place from which we can reach improvement together — and maintain it over time.
In an acute state we begin at a relatively high frequency, to ease the symptoms and bring quick relief.
As the condition improves, we gradually reduce the frequency of treatments and consolidate the progress.
Visits take place about once every three weeks — for fine-tuning, ongoing maintenance and preserving vitality.
Acupuncture is my central tool, and alongside it I combine additional methods, personally tailored to each patient and each session.
The central tool in treatment — fine needles at precise points to encourage the flow of energy and bring the body into balance.
Herbal formulas that support the healing process and reinforce the effect of treatment between one session and the next.
Releasing tension and improving the flow of blood and energy in tight areas — for a feeling of relief and release.
A far-infrared beam that warms and soothes, supporting improvement across a wide range of symptoms.
My professional passion is treating older adults and the symptoms that come with age — with the aim of improving quality of life, vitality and movement.

This is the most common question I'm asked, and the answer is that in most cases it's worth looking into. Chinese medicine suits a wide range of conditions, and every case is considered on its own. You're always welcome to message me on WhatsApp, describe what's troubling you, and get an honest answer from me about whether it's something I can help with.
The needles are very thin, and most patients describe only a mild sensation or feel nothing at all. Many even fall asleep during the treatment. (Suggested text — happy to refine it to your own wording)
It varies from person to person and depends on the condition. In an acute state we begin at a higher frequency, and as things improve we gradually move to maintenance treatments about once every three weeks. (Suggested text — happy to refine it to your own wording)
